Monthly Rentals in Chic's Beach, Virginia Beach

We were looking for a place where we could host our local family a few hours each day. It worked perfectly. The kids loved it...the foozball table, upstairs room where they could read books, large dining table with benches, etc, We loved enjoying our mornings sitting in the Mud Room, which we called the Sun Room. The neighbors really watch out for this property, thinking that at one point, we may have driven away leaving the front doors open. It is a safe neighborhood. There is a bar on the other side of the fence, but it was never an issue. And we enjoyed walking the neighborhood, and having Date Night at a different restaurant which offered live music across the street. Super convenient to get to the grocery store, airport, etc. We plan to return on our next visit! Thanks....

I could not recommend this place and these hosts enough! The place was warm and welcoming and I absolutely love the location. A very peaceful neighborhood with easy bay access. The hosts were amazing and responsive. The house had some maintenance problems but at no fault of theirs…just typical house problems and they handled everything extremely well and we were not inconvenienced at all! Also our dog loved the place and they were stocked will all the dog necessities which was very helpful!

This is our second visit to this beach condo and we enjoyed it as much as our first stay. Plenty of room on the 3 floors, enjoyed grilling out on the deck and so close to the beach. Staight forward and good communication from the host.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very well appointed and roomy. We had our dogs with us and the fenced yard was a wonderful surprise. We felt at home right away. Check in was effortless. Absolutely no problems at all which made our stay so relaxing. This will always be our first choice when we come back to the area to visit our daughter.
