Rústica cabaña interior de 34mt2, ubicada en un barrio antiguo a sólo 10 min. caminando del centro. Tiene 2 pisos, en el 1ro hay un living pequeño + cocina básica y 1 baño; en el 2do un dormitorio con 2 camas, una matrimonial y una individual. Tiene entrada independiente, se comparte el patio con la casa principal y hay que pasar por un pasillo en construcción. Somos una familia tranquila y tenemos 2 gatas a las que se les puede ver por ahí. Si te hospedas aquí estaremos felices de recibirte!

Our guest suite, ideal for singles or couples, is independent from our house and has a private entrance. The guest suite has a modern exterior and a comfortable interior. Our house is located on an old family farm near the beach (1.5 blocks to the beach). Our location is close to several beachside restaurants and bars. The little kitchen has a toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle and frigobar (small fridge) but does not have a cooktop. No es apropiada para niños menores de 7 años.

Se encuentra muy bien ubicado en un área residencial de Providencia, a pasos de Avenida Francisco Bilbao y Avenida Los Leones, donde existe una gran oferta de restaurantes y cafeterías. A corta distancia de lugares de interés como Mall Costanera Center y Parque Metropolitano.
