Natural wood and concrete materials combine to create modern and stylish spaces throughout this home. Admire the vibrant plant life and bold patterns accenting each room from the open living area to the sunny private balcony outside. This 'oasis' is a very unique space. A lightfull big livingroom with an open kitchen connected to a generous terrace. Out in the terrace, you can enjoy the open views to a very big garden with old pines and high palm trees. The three rooms are very large and cozy. One of them with a direct connection to the terrace. The wide confortable bathroom has an african style decoration and, so the rest of the house, natural materials like wood and concrete. The neighborhood is calm but also located by the heart of Málaga. You can reach main monuments and historical area in a short walk. You can contact me by the application or via whatsapp, text message or a phonecall. The home is in a calm neighborhood in the central part of the city. From here, it's easy walking distance to Málaga's iconic monuments and historic locations. For tasty restaurants, fun shops, and lively bars, explore the streets and the harbor. The apartment is very well located. Its very easy to arrive the touristic area walking but there are also 2 bus lines crossing the street in front of the building (line 1 ane line C1). In the surounding area there are many services, a big supermarket and a very beautiful tipical market (Mercado de Salamanca).

We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Maravilloso Apartamento en Primera Linea de playa con vistas espectaculares al mar. Situado en la urbanización Las Gondolas, una de las mejores de la zona. Tiene dos piscinas, pistas de tenis, de pádel, cancha de baloncesto, petanca, ping-pong, zona juegos para niños y 2 restaurantes.
