Holiday rentals with beach access in Chincoteague

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

The host is very responsive. She communicated quickly as well. She was very helpful when we had a question. The place is cute, clean, and uncluttered. Easy walk to the boardwalk or anywhere else you want to go.

Crystal’s home is clean, cozy, and unbeatably close to ocean access. The furniture is very comfortable. The bonus bathroom is a nice plus. I cooked all meals while there and the kitchen had everything I needed. There are many thoughtful touches around the place that make the atmosphere very welcoming. The small patio off the living room gets great morning sun and is the perfect spot to drink your morning tea. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful beach location exactly as described.

It was a great experience staying at Heather’s condo. The beach was a minute’s walk away and so were some great restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything we could need.

Great place to stay if you want to be near the nightlife but still private. Everything was perfect and I would 10 out of 10 get back again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pravda’s Ocean City condo. The location is walking distance to the beach, as well as many great restaurants. Two nice sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with all the utensils you could need, and a washer and dryer. Even though it is a condo in a multi-unit building, I never heard any neighbors or excessive noise from inside the unit. I had a pleasant stay.

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony looking at the bay and wildlife, very relaxing. The welcome bag was a lovely touch.

Rosa’s home is a perfect getaways spot! It’s clean, spacious and quiet. Everything you need is in the home. The neighborhood is perfect for walking the dogs and everyone is friendly. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to the beach and boardwalk inlet. We definitely would stay here again when we need a place to stay. Rosa is super helpful and always responded quickly!

We stayed at this house for a short break to visit Chincoteague Island, and it was a wonderful experience. The house was very clean and nicely decorated with a relaxing beach vibe. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The location is great—close to beautiful beaches, the wildlife refuge, and many good food spots nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Another great year staying at Tammy’s! We’ve stayed here twice now - the location is truly fantastic and the house is so nice! Tammy is very prompt with responding to messages and incredibly helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

Jessica, you were a great host with a beautiful home as described. Your instructions and suggestions were spot on and very helpful. You were very proactive and friendly with your check ins. We will highly recommend this place and will definitely be repeat customer. Any chance we can put a request for the same time next year meaning Thursday and Friday nights on Easter weekend 2026. The house was very nice, it was cleaned very well when we got there and there were plenty of amenities for everyone. The beach is accessible with maybe a two minute walk. The area is pretty, we saw horseshoe crabs and jellyfish at the beach, and the neighbors are friendly. The jellies can sting, but the kind of jellyfish here are painless enough that I initially thought I got bumped into by a floating stick, and the locals at the beach completely ignored the one in the water. The nearby restaurant/bar stays pretty busy, but it’s really nice as well.

This is our fourth? fifth? stay at Sundar's lovely spot. Private, gorgeous beach out back, great expansive views out front with ships in the distance. Home is very comfortable. We are always there in November so don't swim, or kayak, or fish. Just enjoy the comfortable home and the walks on the beach. Sundar is always very responsive and available. Kitchen has everything you need. Appliances are great. Beds are comfortable. No clutter of owner's cast-offs which many airbnb homes have. We will be back next year!!

Place was a great location, next to the beach, almost on the boardwalk. We walked pretty much everywhere the entire weekend. Host communicated well with all directions and instructions for the property. Would definitely recommend. Ty Shelly!

This was a great place to stay. It's on the north end of Ocean City, so we'll removed from a lot of the touristy stuff. Really great access to the beach that had lots of open space and absolutely no crowding. The place was well appointed and very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s condo, it was a great space for our group of 6 and had everything we needed. Valerie was very responsive for any questions we had!

An amazing place! Double balconies for sunrise and sunset views. Very peaceful and friendly neighbors. Everything within walking distance. Would highly recommend! Natasha was very quick to respond to any questions or needs you may have.

Another great stay. The location can't be any better, central OC at it's best. Easy walk to the beach. We tried Barrio Taco this time, it's huge, recently remodeled. Dead Freddie's across the street is a plus. Plenty of room for our family. We'll be back! Raif went above and beyond with his hospitality - thank you.

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

Really have no complaints about Jen’s place!!! There is so much space, it’s very cozy and homie. TVs in every room. The deck is so cute to sit outside and play some games or eat breaker/dinner. You have two parking spots, access to the beach and many restaurants around you. The bus stop to take you to the boardwalk is not a far walk either so you have unlimited access to everything you need. This was my first time back to OC MD in a long time and Jen’s place was the right place. 10/10 and will hopefully be staying again soon 😁
