The property is approximately 80 square metres and has two air conditioners. There is heating in winter. Guests report that the accommodation experience is very comfortable!

Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay.
