This cabin is located in a secure/gated RV Park in Alvin/Santa Fe, Tx. A pond with a family of ducks. It’s a two bedroom one bathroom with a front/back porch with a front door swing to enjoy coffee. Children are welcome; however, the cabin overlooks a pond, so it's crucial that children are always supervised. This is quiet community with long term/ permanent residents. Not far from NASA/ hospitals/and Galveston. Kemah is only 20 minutes away. Local winery is a few miles down the rode. .

You can expect a peaceful and secure environment throughout your stay and it is always cleaned and sanitized in between guests, there are nearby shopping, restaurants, entertainment, easy access to I-45 in League City to Webster, Galveston, Houston surrounding areas.

Old Corner grocery store renovated into Cordray Drug Store on show "Restoring Galveston" on Magnolia. This rental space UPSTAIRS is completely separate with its own entrance. Bedroom has queen bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Keurig with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Living room has Smart TV. Washer and dryer! Outdoor space is shared during 12-6 business hours. Expect noise downstairs during shop hours 12-6 pm Tuesday-Sunday.

The Country Place

Outdoor living at it's best. Great for small family get togethers. Free parking, pool and fire pit. Lots of space for the children to run and play, ride bikes, and play basketball. Come and enjoy the country atmosphere, just 4 miles from the city. The Country Place sits on 2 acres of a 25 acre farm. On another section of the 25 acres there is a RV with tenant. You’ll love taking walks in the Christmas tree fields and drinking coffee on the porch overlooking the pond. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, writers, and visitors who don't want to stay in a hotel. We're just 23 miles from the Texas Medical Center. Puppy dogs are welcome here!
