Magnificent view of ocean, one of the best room in the building. The building itself is a bit old but well maintained, as well as I liked ambiance and interior.

It's the best spot to surf.You'll walk to the surf spot right away.There is a shower outside even after you come back, so it is very convenient.

This family trip was for an international event held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. We were very lucky to book Yuki’s property in advance. The location is excellent. It’s very close to JR Soga Station, just 10-15 minutes to Kaihimmakuhari Station, and Chiba Station. It’s extremely convenient for both public transportation and, if you are driving, there are plenty of paid parking lots nearby. The overnight parking fee is reasonable. The property is located on the 5th floor of a residential building, with an elevator for easy access. The self-check-in and out process was very smooth. Yuki was quick and in responding to any questions we had. The apartment is well-maintained, very spacious, neat, and clean. It features a living room, a full-size kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, making it suitable for a family. The only small note is a slight vibration from nearby trains, but it didn’t bother us. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay again when visiting Chiba!

This is such a beautiful place in a small town outside of Tokyo. The place has everything you need and you can really tell that the host has spent a lot of time and thought in setting up the place. I think having a vehicle of some sort is important to really see the surrounding area but I loved my stay here. Would recommend if you want a slower pace than Tokyo proper!

It was really beautiful from the entrance, and when we entered it, we cooked in a very large space, but it was enough and I was impressed.The host was also quick to respond and responded quickly to my questions.Also, it was so magnificent that we wanted to stay when we came to Ichinomiya.Thank you again for everything.

Four adults stayed at the end of the year. The interior was beautifully organized and we had a very comfortable stay. Also, since it was the cold season, the host was very considerate and prepared one electric blanket per person.

I felt wider than I saw in the photos. It was a beautiful interior that looked like it had been renovated, and we had a great time during our stay. It is also fully equipped with cookware, towels, toothbrushes, etc. There is a lot of space for shoes, so I think it would be convenient to bring something like disposable slippers. I was allowed to spend very comfortably.
