We spent two nights at this place, the other was very responsive to our requests! However, if you are three adults, know that the bed, one spot is quite small, it does more for a child. Thanks again. I recommend it.

Accustomed to Airbnb, this house is part of the top 3. The splendid house is accessed by a small "path". Cretan specialties were waiting for us upon arrival. Very responsive hotel and really attentive to us.

Great house, felt like brand new. Central location, 15min to Rethimno and 1-1.5 hours drive to lovely spots in the west, south and east. Also good eating places within 10min walking distance. Rooms are large, downstairs open pool/grill area is huge. Very friendly service, very responsive. House is in a village located on a mountain side. Due to higher altitude temperature 2-3C colder than in Rethimno. At this time of year (end of October) it was therefore relatively chilly there and we could not take full advantage of the great pool area outside. On the other hand might be a huge advantage during hot summer period, and also for us everything worked well due to central location of the villa and possibility to drive to various warmer areas on the island.

If you don't go for the spacious house, the beautiful surroundings or the private pool, go for the warmth of host Alexandros and his family. Upon arrival, the entire family was ready to welcome us, and also during the stay they were more than helpful without being intrusive. The house is spacious and very clean. We were visiting for a week in April, and had the pool heated, this was definitely needed and very pleasant at outdoor temperatures of 22. Alexandros' tip to visit Puliou House was huge, and is also recommended for us. In Rethymno we visited the fortress, this is not accessible to people with walking difficulties, but in addition to a piece of history it also gives a nice view over the city
