Holiday rentals with beach access in Chuburná

We really enjoyed our stay! Marco and Alfredo are great hosts and were very responsive to anything we needed! The pool is fabulous and clean. The place is large and very comfortable like the photos. The bed is very comfortable! They supply water which is always good and there is a fabulous frutería right across the street which is so great for longer stays! Great view from the rooftop, nice little beach at the end of the street! The road can be a little bit busy..There is also a kindergarten off the back. All in all a great place to stay and relax!

Loved the place! Beach front was just beautiful. Relaxing and peaceful place. Very good location. Loved the balcony in the front with great views and bird watching. We would love to come back!

AC is not always available. I believe its only in Summertime and preferably only at night. (It should say this on the description, but it doesn’t). We knew going in, so it wasn’t as big a deal for us. Power is an issue throughout Chelem. Electric Company charges high rates if usage is over a certain level. You can sometimes negotiate paying more to use the AC but not leaving it on all the time. You have to turn off when You leave. They ask You to conserve energy where You can. The last night we stayed, there was a band playing in the street up front. It was really loud so sleeping was tough. Obviously this isn’t their fault!! You would have had this issue staying anywhere within a half mile of the event 😞 The hosts are Wonderful people! The restaurant below is a great place to eat and/or drink in Chelem! If You are OK with these couple inconveniences, I highly recommend staying with Jill and Martin.

Me gustó el lugar, muy tranquilo y cuidado, la zona muy segura, toallas y sabanas muy limpias, todo muy aseado. Gracias por prestarnos su casa, aunque no estuvimos mucho ahí, ibamos a una boda y en arreglos se pasó el tiempo.

Came for a girls trip and we had the best time. The house is nice and the ac in the rooms work well. We spent the entire trip by the pool and on the beach. The cabana is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the beach. We had someone cook for us while we were there and just ran to the store for snacks and anything we needed. Maria was easy to communicate with and assisted us with any request we had. This was the perfect beach getaway. I would definitely go back!

Charito estuvo al pendiente en todo momento. La casa muy cómoda y llena de detalles y amenities. Alberca propia y albercas compartidas en el fraccionamiento; muy lindo todo! La casa súper acogedora y con todo lo necesario para una estancia en familia.

Wat een heerlijke plek. Echt aan zee waar je ook kon zwemmen echt ruim, heerlijk rustig. Aanrader! Wij waren met twee maar hadden hier ook rustig met al onze kinderen kunnen zitten. Viejo Bar is een leuke plek in de buurt (2,5 km) waar regelmatig live muziek is. Supermarkt waar je echt boodschappen kan doen (My Marketplace) is 20 minuten lopen. Kleinere voor drinken en chips zijn dichterbij. Wij hebben bewust gekozen even geen auto te huren en was goed te doen met Ubers. Komen graag nog eens terug!

Es un lugar apacible se respira tranquilidad, la vista al mar es fabulosa, las habitaciones son amplias con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable

¡Excelente estancia! La casa es muy amplia y perfecta para grupos grandes como el nuestro. La ubicación es ideal, disfrutamos mucho de la cercanía a la playa. Pasamos un Año Nuevo increíble con amigos y familia. ¡Muy recomendable!

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

Fui con mi familia y fue simplemente espectacular. La casa es amplia, luminosa y súper cómoda, perfecta para descansar y disfrutar juntos. Tiene una vista hermosa al mar, y escuchar las olas por la noche fue mágico. La cocina está bien equipada, los cuartos son frescos y acogedores, y el jardín tiene acceso directo a la playa. Pasamos los días entre caminatas en la arena, atardeceres increíbles y cenas en familia al aire libre. Definitivamente un lugar al que quiero volver. Ideal para desconectar y recargar energía rodeada de naturaleza y buena compañía.

L'hôte Alex et son épouse nous ont très bien accueillis. Nous avons été toute suite charmés par l'espace convivial extérieur incluant la piscine et l'océan à nos pieds. L'intérieur était aussi très bien et décoré au goût du jour. La cuisine ouverte sur la salle à dîner et le salon ont éte beaucoup appréciés et les grandes portes patio nous donnaient un bel éclairage et une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Les chambres étaient grandes mais soyez avisés que les lits sont petits (doubles) mais confortables.. Points à considérer: si vous réservez le week-end, attendez-vous à être entourés de voisins qui viennent faire la fête à leur "chalet" et qui compétitionnent pour la musique la plus forte. Rien de reposant ni d'agréable. La semaine par contre c'est tranquille et plaisant. Il y avait de petites araignées sur le comptoir de la cuisine et on ne pouvait pas supporter d'en avoir dans notre bouffe. Dans l'ensemble ce fut un excellent séjour et on recommande fortement, voiture nécessaire.

Muy buenito departamento las fotos coinciden con lo real , nos sentimos muy agusto la anfitriona siempre al pendiente muy buena comunicación incluso flexible con el horario de salida ya q se lo permitía la ocupación siempre los condominios están muy bien ubicados y un plus esq al ser palabra baja teníamos acceso muy rápido nos encantó sin . Duda regresaremos

Mariterre is an excellent host. She is very responsive and was very generous with her time and attention. She made many suggestions and even showed us around the boardwalk and nearby wetlands. We could not ask for a better greeting from her and her son. The place itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and well maintained with excellent AC. Every little detail was considered from wall magnet's that hold the doors in place on windy days to full window blinds that are easy to use etc...

El lugar es hermoso. Es exactamente como lo describen. Es tranquilo y la pasamos de maravilla. La comunicación y atención fue excelente. Vale totalmente la pena, sin duda volveremos.

I want to start by thanking Roxana, as she was very responsive to any questions, inquiries or issues. While we never met in person, she was always available. Gracias! On the second day I arrived, the water and electricity were off (heavy rain), but the maintenance team (as well as Roxana) were on top of it and fixed it fairly quickly! The apartment itself is very pleasant, and the pool is a nice bonus and very close to the beach...you may need to walk a little to get to a nice beach space, but it is nice and private in the area - it feels peaceful. Walking distance, you have a pub with many expats, but can walk 40 minutes (or a short Uber drive) to go into Progreso center to have more options (restaurants, beaches, mixed crowds, entertainment, shopping...). Overall, it was a very nice stay, and perfect for a couple wanting to retreat and relax with no agenda. Muchas gracias Roxana!
