At the edge of Le Perche, former house of the independent caretaker of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4Ha property, without any neighbors apart from the owner. The sound of the river, the singing of the birds, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my two young female dogs and the sheep are all there to help you unwind for a while in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

A peaceful haven in the countryside, 20 km from Chartres and on the edge of the forest. The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor dining and barbecue. At your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jacuzzi (except from late November to March), bicycles and... Many activities: forest walk, golf, ball trap, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. Extended departure time during the weekend. (Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday evening)

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest.
