WOW! seriously am incredible stay. It was nice to have a quiet and private place to stay just outside of Rome. Tip to future visitors: it’s RIGHT off of the Sacrafano train station that trains into Rome. Stay at this Airbnb and then train into the city.

Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

What a beautiful spot! We would leave more than 5 stars if we could. A perfect spot to find some peace in the middle of busy days out sightseeing. Great host. Beautiful spot. Comfortable for our family of 6. You could comfortably stay here with three couples. As there are three bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Pristine pools. Our kids were swimming in April! Highly recommend.

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. The Colliseum was just a few minutes walk away from the air bnb! Super convenient because most things are centered around this area. The jacuzzi was a major plus and was working perfectly. We had a late night coming back and it was the perfect touch to watch the night lights and relax from all the walking. There are a lot of restaurants and breakfast palaces nearby. My favorite was going to get coffee at this little cafe just a few minutes down. The Airbnb was clean and cute for us two as a couple and we couldn’t really ask for more! Thank you for a great place to crash on a whimsical trip with my honey :)

Excellent stay at Alessandro's, I give it 5 stars because I can't put more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and comes with all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for self access to the apartment were clear and easy. We feel safe there because the apartment is in a gated and quiet residence. There is a car park across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small haven of peace close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back again!

Everything was satisfactory.

Highly recommended, the house was clean, had clean towels for everyone, it felt like home. Also the house owner was so kind.

The property is easily accessible by car and is actually well cared for and equipped with the comforts of a modern home. You can easily reach the Anagnina metro station and from there you can get there by metro anywhere in Rome in about halfanhour. Giuseppe was super helpful in everything and even the directions to where to go to eat were very useful. Super positive experience, if I had to go back to Rome I would book there again!

Everything was great, Flavio and the apartment, but you probably want to have a car when you stay here.

We felt very comfortable during our stay – the apartment was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. There was nothing we missed, and the connection to public transport was great. Would definitely recommend!

Flavio was a great host. Quick to respond to concerns or questions. Only hitch was the electronic gate entry was malfunctioning but he supplied us with a numeric keypad fix. Highly recommend.

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!

A home with a breathtaking view that I had used to prepare for me on the day of the wedding. Perfect location for photos. Lorella is very friendly and helpful to make the stay in the villa very pleasant. Super spacious both inside but also outside, especially for summer for those who want to have lunch or dinner outside with the many grills and many tables available.
