The apartment is a ground floor apartment in a two-storey building with a separate entrance from the street It's our home, where we live for a large part of the year, and we try to make it welcoming for our guests as well, and we ask them to take care of it (we're not a tourist company) It is in a beautiful neighborhood, La Guía, with beautiful and low-rise buildings, in front of a square, very close to the most beautiful park in the city and next to the point where the Piles river divides into two with beautiful trails

For arrivals after 10:00 PM, €10 will be charged, and €15.00 after midnight upon arrival. Consider combining with one of my apartments in Oviedo.
