We were comfortable in the house: large and modern. We had a problem with the app to get in one day (it didn't connect to the street door and couldn't open it) but the guys were in contact with us at all times. One issue to take into account is the coffee machine is capsule (it's deLonghi) and if you go when supermarkets are closed (holy week for example) or you bring the wrong capsules, there is no way to make coffee.

The place is much better than the pictures. All new and equipped. Mreia is very helpful and kind. Definitely a gem. The private garden is a luxurious.
