Holiday rentals with a patio in Città Studi, Milan

Vale every cent! The host is super friendly, helped us arrive and always responded quickly. In the apartment has everything you may need and with two metro stations that easily take you to the main sights of the city. Book without fear!

My stay in Milan was incredible, Ariane's place is spectacular, just like the photos, very close to the subway and the area is quiet. There is supermarket and restaurant nearby! I would definitely stay there again on another trip through Milan! Also highlight Ariane's flexibility, we arrived very early in Milan and she took care of the apartment cleaning it quickly to be able to enter before check-in time!

Davide is an extremely helpful and kind person, immediately attentive to our needs. He was not able to be present at check-in but he provided us with all the necessary directions to enter the apartment and was always available to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended!

I booked for my girlfriend’s birthday. The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious and a great location to jump on the tram. Some great restaurants within a short walk away. The host was so welcoming and helpful. I would fully recommend!

The Damiano and Kylie apartment is great. With all amenities described in the listing and spotlessly cleaned. It is within a private condominium, which provides a lot of security and is easy to park. The Hosts were very kind and thoughtful. We recommend and will definitely be staying with them again on the next trip to Milan!

What a treat Marco’s place was! He is an amazing host that not only picked us up from the airport($40 euro) he helped us navigate the city and our next adventures. Our favorite area of the apartment was the top leave with access to the terrace. His kitchen couch was by far my favorite place to hangout visit with my husband and relax after walking around Milan. The apartment is so close to the metro station. Making travel in town so easy and affordable. If you have the chance book this place!!

the studio is perfect, a friendly terrace, very good internet connection and an amazing mattress, 10 minutes walk from the navigli and surrounded by parks. Recommended 👍

We had a great stay, the apartment is spacious, had all the needed amenities and overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Its located right at the start of China town, walkable distance from station Garibaldi. The host is a professional - proactive, super explained the checkin process and was very very flexible with our needs. I highly recommend!!

Everyone was perfect. The location of the place is amazing, 20-min walk to the city centre and to the main train station. The place is clean, has a really nice view and is in a nice neighbourhood. Also, Stefania is a wonderful host and is a really approachable person. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Excellent welcome while we arrived late at the apartment. We appreciated the kindness, the responsiveness of the owners and the caretaker. Very well equipped and clean. Jaccuzi and gym. 30 min public transport from the Dome of Milan.

My stay in Milan was great! the house was even more beautiful than it looked in the photos and everything was spotless. The location was very central, ideal for getting around the city. The place was great and the host was very responsive! Perfect landing place for the first night we arrived in Milan. The location was a 10 minute walk to the train station. The bed and pillows were also very comfy

Quiet apartment very well located in a pleasant area and with many shops The city center is 15 min away by tram and Milan train station also for transfers to the airport or to go to Lake Como

The apartment was exactly as in the photos, nicely furnished and comfortable. Two separate bathrooms and a silent bedroom is a great plus. The location is close to a metro station, the main railway stations and the city center. Giada is a great host.

We had a good time in Milan. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet back house. The apartment offers a perfect starting point for many attractions. Bars, shopping, and market are right around the corner. There were plenty of car parking spaces in the street.
