Holiday rentals with a patio in Milan

Vale every cent! The host is super friendly, helped us arrive and always responded quickly. In the apartment has everything you may need and with two metro stations that easily take you to the main sights of the city. Book without fear!

I was so grateful that the host was so kind and responsive. And the facilities were clean and the atmosphere was comfortable, so I had a really good stay like my own home! I would definitely come back the next time I'm in the area, thank you:)

My stay in Milan was incredible, Ariane's place is spectacular, just like the photos, very close to the subway and the area is quiet. There is supermarket and restaurant nearby! I would definitely stay there again on another trip through Milan! Also highlight Ariane's flexibility, we arrived very early in Milan and she took care of the apartment cleaning it quickly to be able to enter before check-in time!

The apartment - like the whole building - is new, very clean and well furnished. Wi-fi, appliances, etc. are quality and work well. Then there are two balconies with side tables to sit on. For those traveling with a car, hosts provide a garage: it was very useful for me. Communication is smooth and access instructions are clear. I would go back, and recommend it.

Davide is an extremely helpful and kind person, immediately attentive to our needs. He was not able to be present at check-in but he provided us with all the necessary directions to enter the apartment and was always available to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at Daniela's place. With her husband, they are very welcoming hosts, available and who like to communicate. Their house is a good base to visit the very touristy surroundings of Lake Maggiore and find calm after these busy days. I highly recommend it!

What a treat Marco’s place was! He is an amazing host that not only picked us up from the airport($40 euro) he helped us navigate the city and our next adventures. Our favorite area of the apartment was the top leave with access to the terrace. His kitchen couch was by far my favorite place to hangout visit with my husband and relax after walking around Milan. The apartment is so close to the metro station. Making travel in town so easy and affordable. If you have the chance book this place!!

Another great find in Sesto for both work and pleasure. Emanuele's place is ideal for one or two, close enough to everywhere but very well equipped throughout; not to mention some great little treats. I will be returning.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

one word for this place, Awesome! here is the reason: 1. Really really close from Milano Centrale (the biggest train station in Milan with a very beautiful architecture) 2. So many store on the street like foods (for you moslem traveler there is halal food store on the corner of the street in the middle of Michele place and Milano Centrale), mart (exactly below the place), souvenir shop, city tour and so on (really tired if i need to typing all of them 😆) 3. a reaaaaally beautiful place, rather small but perfect place for 2 people especially. the room is really unique for you who are not italian ppl to experiences something new. 4. the host, michele, is really warm people and very responsive ✨ 5. the place has many essential you need like fridge, AC, microwave, electric stove, hair dryer, bathub, mirror everywhere (normal girl will love it, so do the boyfriend or husband 😉), balcony with table and chair (me and my wife love eating local food there when i was staying)

The place was great and the host was very responsive! Perfect landing place for the first night we arrived in Milan. The location was a 10 minute walk to the train station. The bed and pillows were also very comfy

The place is very spacious, quiet and well located. Mateo is a really very warm, likeable and helpful host. He gave us good tips for eating nearby and very much supported us with the transfer to the nearby airport. Thank you again for the delicious ice cream he gave us at the best ice cream parlor in Oleggias.

Our hosts got back to us very quickly when we had questions. Davide greeted us at the sidewalk and was friendly and gracious. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The entire apartment felt like being at home. Train station was only a 10-minute walk. Milano and Torino were a short train ride away. Novara is much easier to navigate than Milano and Torino and has everything you need, including great stores. I messed up my reservation and thought we had another night and they let us stay for a small fee. This was the best Airbnb and VRBO experience we’ve had!

We had a good time in Milan. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet back house. The apartment offers a perfect starting point for many attractions. Bars, shopping, and market are right around the corner. There were plenty of car parking spaces in the street.

Massimiliano was super friendly and receptive, he provided nice restaurant tips and his wife Carla answered messages promptly on the Airbnb chat. Our stay was pleasant at their place.

As I described it to Maria Eugenia, her appartment is like a little gem in the middle of Brera. My trip was for Salone and I was walking distance to all the action in Brera yet in a very quiet surrounding. I could not hear the streets at all and the apartment is so comfortable! The terrace is incredible and so well looked after. very enjoyable. The flat has everything you need and Alessandro (doorkeeper) is always smiling and happy to help. I definitely highly recommend Maria Eugenia's place.
