Kid-friendly holiday rentals in City of Monash

Stayed for over a month, house is in a good condition. Could use some extra storage and work surfaces in the rooms. Other than that, had a good experience using the house.

Annie’s townhouse is beautiful, comfortable, and easy to settle. We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home and truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Effie was a great host. Very prompt on replying to any queries we had. All check in and stay information was communicated to us well and the home was lovely and equip with everything we needed. Thank you again Effie for a great stay

My family of 6 enjoyed the Wheelers Hill home. Plenty of space for us, high ceilings in the living areas. There’s a nice coffee shop within walking distance, and shopping center within a 2 minute drive, or short walk. Short walk to Jells Park too!

Property very close to shopping centers and restaurants. Convenient location. Nice and thoughtful kitchen set up.

Yi’s place is perfectly located to the Glen and not too far away from Chadstone. Lots of room, multiple spots to relax, and exactly what we needed. Thanks Yi!

Highly recommend a stay here. Beds were comfortable. Location was awesome and everything and anything you could possibly need was in the townhouse. Elliot even bought us a travel cot to use when he realised we had a baby with us. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when returning to Melbourne if it’s available.

Had a great stay at Ling's place. The location is quite away from the city centre and the more popular tourist areas, but It is located from a walking distance of Monash campus which was important to me. Also was very handy to have the supermarket and coffee/food places just downstairs in the M-City complex. The apartment itself was spacious, had 2 bathrooms with showers and with a well equipped kitchen. Some TLC is needed in areas of the apartment, but overall it's a good value for your money. Also Linh is very responsive and happy to help you with anything with the place.

In Carol's appartment, I can find everything i need during my travelling, with high quality and fancy taste, it is not a "Made in IKEA" appartment.

I would definitely stay here again. So convenient to everything. Very clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, conveniently close to Monash Uni, and easily accessible to nearby supermarkets and food outlets. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need in a home. The host was very friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze.

Manik was very welcoming with great suggestions of what’s around the area. Great location and walking distance from Monash Hospital which is where we needed to be. Maniks home is wonderful, spacious and comfortable living. We were very pleased to have stayed in this beautiful Air BnB and very thankful for the support Manik had given us with great quick responses, accomodating our needs and helping us. The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD.
