Holiday rentals with beach access in Clark County

Angela and Alicia’s place was overall great! The location is perfect as it’s close to grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, you name it. Only about a 5 min drive to Laughlin Strip. The greatest thing about this place is the private beach, we had it to ourselves and just had fun with music etc. Finally, Angela was very attentive and was so kind as well.

We loved this place! It’s neat and very clean and super easy to access the River! We love coming here because the owners of this place are very attentive and nice and make it feel like home! Definitely worth coming here!

Karen & her husband were very nice & the place was very clean, very comfortable bed & couch recliners. She asked a lot of questions before she accepted your reservation, but that just showed that she cares enough to keep her place nice for you.

The place was sparkling clean. Easy to find. 15 minutes from Laughlin. Eric was very responsive having one issue with the thermostat. We told home it was ok and was not that cold and the next day was going to be warmer but he wanted to fix it so he messaged me when he was on his way and messages me again when he was 30 minutes away. excellent communication. Next time we are in Laughlin we will try to stay again if the property is not already booked.

Tom and Mei, Thankyou so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house. This host is fast responsive, communicative, attentive and caring. The house is very welcoming and makes you feel just like home. I will most definitely be recommending to friends and family. The cold weather did not let us enjoy the beautiful pool, but ill definitely be back for it!

The property was perfect for us and our pups! We enjoyed walking to the river and taking the dogs for a swim. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We had family over for a bbq and sat outside enjoying the cute surroundings and built a fire. The hosts were wonderful as well! Would love to stay again!!!

I won’t lie I was nervous after reading few reviews. However, I am glad I didn’t let that get to me while booking. This place was in beautiful location. The home felt like home. Everything was great about this place including the host who was very good on responding. If I had to choose one downfall would probably be that there is no washer and dryer. No one likes traveling with dirty clothes. However, after reaching out to host she did offer to let me do couple loads. Hopefully that could be something they offer the guest in future. My family visits the river every year around this time. Who knows R.V.’s might just be the home we choose to stay at again. Ps. Neighbors to left was very friendly seem to be a resident year around. Great neighborhood.

The condo worked great for my family. Our host was very helpful with making our arrival seamless. The living area and bedrooms were very comfortable. Access to the water and water taxi was amazing, and made getting to our concert so much more convenient. Our only hiccup was with figuring out the television so that we could watch football. Thankfully our son is tech savvy and was able to get it working. Pool is heated (which was awesome) and nice to get into once we got out of the river. We would definitely stay there again. This house was great and very spacious. Tammy responded very quick and family friendly. (The only thing) that we wish would had been better was the main living room tv service which left us not able to watch tv in the living room for everyone to see and spend time watching. Over all great location with Walmart being less than 5 minutes. Definitely a house I would come back too.

Regina & Alex were so quick in responding as soon as I would message them with a question. Their house is so cute clean and feels like home. Anything you would need when you’re staying at an Airbnb they had. Was also in a central location where restaurants the park and casinos were very close to get to. I would highly recommend their property to stay at if you’re ever in Bullhead city Arizona. I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you again Regina & Alex, you were awesome.

Kyle’s place is beautiful, we had such a great time! We definitely want to book Kyle’s place again sometime next year, not only was his house beautiful, the location was perfect! Thx Kyle!

We had a fantastic stay. Great location between the Bellagio, Aria, and Cosmopolitan in the best part of the strip. Nice Gym. Apartment was as advertised. Professional hosts. Will return.

It definitely felt just right like at home. I would definitely stay here again! Lovely condo and surroundings were peaceful! There’s a pool in the community but of course we have the river which we end up going to the community park. This place was amazing for me and my family we definitely stayed somewhere comfortable quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants near by you can walk it too but faster in car. Only one small little con wasn’t too much of a big deal but the ac in the condo we had to keep turning it down so it can stay cool in the condo we definitely went during hot weather time. But we all kept taking turns turning it.

We had such a great stay at Joe and Letty’s place. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and had a beautiful view out the balcony. The hosts were very clear with instructions and left some snacks to welcome us. We used the gym which was very nice and the pool was beautiful. We didn’t get to use it because it was a little cold but we hope to stay again!

Robert’s place is very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Sitting on the patio enjoying the view of the Colorado River was wonderful. Beautiful place. Thank you Robert

Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. I’ve had multiple stays at the Palms place with various hosts, and each experience was great. The only issue I’ve encountered is with the booking service. The host uses a third-party verification service that seems unreliable. They charge a non-refundable $25 fee to verify your identity or an upfront fee of $200 that can be refunded. However, if you opt for the $200 upfront fee, it automatically reverts to the $25 non-refundable fee and doesn’t allow you to choose another option. Besides this minor booking hiccup, the place itself is great.
