Great Resort. Near the airport with Shutter bus to the strip. Although William is new, he is great. Communicated promptly.

This place is so stunning and impeccably clean! Han communicated with us quickly and we were able to make the reservation quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Great host. There were some issues with the reserved dates of stay but she made it right which is what you want.

Theron‘s place was gorgeous! The view is spectacular with a perfect view of the sphere and many other hotels. Beds were comfortable. Blackout blinds were amazing with all the light from the city and sphere. Perfect for two couples. The only thing that needs attention is the couch. It caves in when you sit on it in some spots and is just worn. But that didn’t stop me from giving a five star review! Theron is great at communication and seemed very kind. Location is amazing as a short walk-through the connected mall gets you to the strip. There is no casino in the hotel, which is nice because of the smoke that usually accompanies casinos. Hotel has a small bar and a Starbucks!

Nice place to stay. Our room was in tower three and smells clean as soon as you walk in the building. Close to the strip but far enough from the noise and traffic. We enjoyed the stay. I’m sure we’ll come back!

Out of the three places we stayed during our week-long trip, this was our favorite. The beds and linens were so comfortable. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our two teens. There is a shuttle that takes you to the strip but we were impatient and took uber instead which was anywhere between $11-$18 each way for the four of us. We tried breakfast here but it wasn’t worth what we paid but that’s a minor issue. Overall we had a great stay, and would stay here again. The only problem I had was when we talked to the timeshare sales guy. We scheduled a meeting with him only because he told us it would be a quick survey in the lobby with him and would take roughly 30 minutes. When we got there in the morning for our appointment, we were taken to the back where they were signing up guests to attend a 90 minute presentation. We were confused since that’s not what the sales guy told us would happen. Won’t be entertaining that idea again. No one bothered us about it after that.

I Absolutely loved it, it was so quiet and peaceful, it was also beautiful and the workers who walked around were so helpful and amazing. The price was amazing as well compared to other prices in Vegas, this hotel was affordable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Last time we stayed at Palms with a different host everything went wrong. this host however was clear, Responsive and understanding. my wife thought the Disco ball was cool touched it and it fell. I contacted the host and she was very understanding and didn't bite our heads off. The space was very beautiful, Roomy was perfect staycation for our anniversary. we will definitely be staying with this host again. Thank you again!

Had trouble with checking into the hotel but this was mostly the fault of the hotel

Excellent location is a super place , they have free bus from the suites to the TRIP las vegas arrives until 9:00 pm. Same 24H jacuzzis, in a restaurant they gave margaritas free 3- 5 i don't know if always but great. Same if they like to walk they are 2 miles from the strip on the side of the MGM.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb suite! The space was clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit.

We loved our stay. This property was a wonderful surprise. One of the most spacious luxurious suites I’ve stayed in for a fraction of what you’d pay to stay on the strip and just minutes from the casinos when you need them.

Nice place to stay. I was happy we chose Kalven's Airbnb. It was clean and easy to check-in. The staff are the best. Kalven was a great host to communicate with. we will definitely come back to Kalven's.

What an amazing suite and facility at the Wyndham Desert Blue. The suite far exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful and quiet! Suite Life was amazing at communicating and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, little kitchen had everything (including dishwasher). Bathroom is very comfortable. Location is extremely convenient if you’re planning to attend convention. Rudolf is a very good host, super responsive and easy to communicate with!

I would rent again in the near future very clean the host was quick to respond and respectful and mindful and and very peaceful i love it I’ll give it a 10

Great location and size was perfect for 5 people.. pool was very nice, restaurants priced accordingly and not near the chaos of the strip but only a 5 min drive, would definitely stay again

Thank you for the great stay! This was a great hotel suite in an exceptional establishment. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly, and hospitable -- the room itself was clean, well stocked, and very easy to relax in! The Suite Life host was very professional -- clear and communicative, and very friendly and helpful. Absolutely great experience from start to finish!
