Remodeled 500 sqft, 1-bedroom, 1-bath, efficiency apartment that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 12 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes to the new Allegiant Stadium. Well established neighborhood where many of the homes are on an acre. The apartment is within a private secured 1-acre compound. The private entrance faces our new pool and spa. Although the apartment is attached to the main house the service entrance separating the the two can be locked and secured from either side.

Unique space with many amenities, the perfect place to relax. Private entrance, parking and free wifi. They also have access to top-quality chlorine-free water that will leave your skin hydrated and hair very soft, thanks to the fact that we have an excellent water filter in our home. This is not to mention that we are very close to the strip, the airport and several restaurants. Come visit us and we guarantee you an excellent stay

The accommodation is located in the upper part of the house, totally private and independent from the house, independent side entrance, all illuminated, you can park in front of the house on the street, it is a very quiet and central area, close from the freeway and 13 minutes from Las Vegas strip, everything is close, the main street (Tropicana ave) We are also 10 minutes from the airport.
