A spacious and stylish family home. in a very upmarket sought after location. 10 Minutes from the tunnel into Liverpool city centre and only 5 minutes from rail links into Liverpool city centre. This two storey house comfortably sleeps 14 Adults, there are four bedrooms one with an en-suite, each room has fitted wardrobes. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely patio area with a nice sized garden. The house has an electric gated driveway with off street parking for four cars.

Self-Contained Edwardian 2 Bedroom House.

Welcome to my Edwardian, cosy, self-contained terraced house. Liverpool City Centre is only around 20 minutes by bus (407 or 437) or regular metro and even less by car via the Mersey Tunnel. You will need to take the famous 'Ferry Across The Mersey' if you wish to walk. There is a beautiful park just a 2 minute walk from the house and less to the bus stop, shops and amenities. New Brighton beach is also just a 15 minute drive or 35 minutes by train or bus.
