The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. There is a piadineria with a bar, a Coop supermarket, a Despar and a bakery all within walking distance. The centre, with all other services (pharmacy, bank, various shops), is about 200 metres away. Guests have access to the terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol. There is uncovered car parking available and the option of using a garage to store bicycles or motorbikes.
