Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

This spacious and bright contemporary house located at the end of a cul-de-sac will be the ideal place to meet with family or friends. The single-story house is built around the enclosed garden and the swimming pool, which is open in the summer season (between mid-May and the end of September depending on weather conditions), giving the whole a zen atmosphere. Concierge service available throughout your stay, flexible check-ins and check-outs whenever possible.

Nice apartment of 34 m2, completely renovated overlooking a garden and a terrace. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. It's very easy to park safely in front of the house. It is very close to an Intermarché (800 m) or a Super U (1 km). A bus (200 m) from the house, allows you to reach the busway that takes you to downtown Nantes. The accommodation is very close to the nursing or physiotherapist school and the banks of the Loire

The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.
