A great place to stay and a short drive to Windham mountain with access to other nearby aki areas. The condo was quiet and clean and is situated in a very quiet private communty with no hassle parking. I apprecated the strong 4G despite being in the mountains and the wifi was good to stream tv. The bed(s) was super comfortable and kitchen was immaculately clean and provided many items one would need if they choose to not dine out. I will certainly favorite this place for when I return.

Fantastic stay for 2 adults and 1 child. Space is relaxing and feels like home from the moment you walk in! Location is great for getting away but also 10minutes from grocery store, 25 minutes from Hudson. Highly recommend for a visit to the Hudson Valley!

This was our second stay in Richard's home (we accidentally missed the review period for the first stay but that also would have been 5 stars!). We enjoyed our second stay just as much. The home itself is cozy, clean, well laid out, and well stocked. We were especially appreciative of the generously-sized television for movie nights, the fireplace which enhanced the cozy vibes, and the shower (the shower head is so awesome I bought one for home, and the hot water is plentiful)!! The outside of Richard's home is just as enjoyable as the inside - the patio is well equipped with furniture and a grill and the lawn is perfect for soaking up the sun and bird watching. Richard's home is a short drive from Tannersville and Hunter, which are both lovely towns each with some tasty food options worth exploring. And it's not too far from Phoenicia either (great food!!). Lastly, Richard's home is super close to North-South Lake Campground which boasts some incredible views and hikes.
