Guest house

Our little house in the mountains of Madrid is located on the outskirts of Cercedilla, just a 10-minute walk from the town center, in a very quiet area through which there is hardly any traffic despite being so close to all services. Located next to the countryside for all kinds of routes, from more comfortable and short as "the path of the water" or more demanding and long as the route to Siete Picos. It's an independent apartment that sits in the same estate as the house.

😴The private flat on the lower ground floor accommodates up to 6 pax + 1 baby or pet. It features two bedrooms—one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed—and a living room between them with two single beds (mattresses 200cm long). The unit includes a full bathroom (sink, shower, bathtub, toilet), a garden area with hammocks, a terrace with table and chairs, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 32" flat-screen TV, duvets, pillows, fans, blankets, linens, and towels.

Forget the worries in this great home - it's an oasis of tranquility! A wonderful diaphanous apartment that has no lack of detail. It is located in a beautiful village 35km from Madrid. Perfect for recharging batteries in a relaxed atmosphere or spending a romantic weekend as a couple. It has a small garden out back with a barbecue, stove and mini pool. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.

Villa Sierra Madrid (7 bedroom villa with pool)

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
