Al piano terra ampio salone con camino, cucina full optional con terrazza , una camera matrimoniale con bagno. Al 1° piano quattro camere e tre bagni . La villa è ben collegata con il centro storico di Roma. Con la macchina è facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di "Montebello" ogni 30 min. partono treni per Roma centro. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.

Perfect for the Jubilee, only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.
