Gianni has one of the most amazing homes in Parma. The location could not be more central, and he did an amazing job of helping me check in and provide amazing local recommendations. If ever in a Parma, I would love to stay here again. Immaculate place with every for a comfortable stay. WiFi was huge for me and working. Close to train station and very walkable to the great restaurants in the Centro Storico. Spacious If you are scent sensitive like I am, unplug the scent dispenser from the wall. It interfered with my breathing as it was overwhelming. Once unplugged and the room aerated, all was well

I stayed for a weekend in Alberto’s place for a business trip. He was kind enough to pick me up from the train station which was very nice. He also informed me about a train strike and sent me info to ensure my trip wouldn’t be disrupted. He was a great host and I appreciate his help 🙏 The apartment is great. Very clean and spacious. It has a nice view for the balcony and a very comfortable bed. The grocery store is about 10 minutes walk and the Reggio Emilia station is about 15-20 minutes walk. So it’s very convenient as a base for the region. Would definitely stay here again 👍

The location of the house offers spectacular views of the hills, the castle, and the Rossena tower. Isolina is very welcoming, makes you feel at home and offers a generous breakfast on the terrace (the best homemade pancakes ever eaten). The house is fresh and clean, the bathroom has a modern double shower and the kitchen offers everything you need (including oil, salt, etc.). We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Maria’s B&B is a wonderful quiet and peaceful place. Maria was very welcoming and friendly and she went out of her way to organise a tour for us. Our stay was short but would highly recommend.

Everything about this visit was outstanding. My hosts met me at the property, exactly on time, and quickly walked through everything one would need to know about the apartment. There is a full binder regarding the history of the region, the city and the Neighbourhood, which was interesting reading. The apartment itself is simple, clean and wonderful. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into everything a guest might need, and it would be hard to imagine a stay as perfectly equipped as this one is. The location of the apartment couldn’t be better. A few steps in any direction lead you to shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and transit. All of the central attractions of Parma are easily walkable in minutes. Yet the house provides a calm, quiet atmosphere in the midst of the city center

The apartment is very nice and very practical; it is in very good condition and located in a very nice area. Nicola and his family are very kind, Nicola's apartment is definitely very recommended and when I return to Piacenza I hope to stay in that apartment again.

Thank you to our Host, who allowed us to spend a week in an apartment equipped with all the necessary amenities, as at home. Quiet and convenient location for getting around, there are also supermarkets and a convenient laundromat nearby. He welcomed us upon arrival by providing us with all the necessary information to experience the house and the surroundings. Thank you, it was a pleasure.

Paolo was very kind, from the moment of booking until the time of check-out, beautiful house, with a large garden, hot and cold pool, possibility of grilling and also a very nice huge dog who kept us company and played with us for the duration of the stay. Paolo and his family have always been very helpful and very patient with us. We were left a lot of freedom to manage us as we wanted, without too many constraints and in fact, Paolo helped us a lot in doing the activities we had planned. I recommend anyone who wants to spend a couple of days away from the urban chaos of Parma, but without having to take refuge in a few homes away from the hills. Everything was perfect and really pretty apartment

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. In other words, continue so that you can only have super happy guests and satisfied with everything you offer. Chicca the truly delicious and cozy spa to try absolutely

Beyond the metal gates is an oasis of beauty and calm, within easy walking distance to the main attractions of Parma.
