It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

A&M & Kyle Field 12 min and 20 min Santa's Wonderland. Horse riding lessons available. On 10 acres, Trees, pond. Private guest house with great room, pool table, pool with slide, CHILD PROOF Doors, covered patio, large TV inside & outside. Big kitchen granite island separate bedroom w/king bed and 4 bunk beds in the great room. Sleeps 6 people or 7 if you bring blowup mattress. Large fire pit and gas grill. Fireworks allowed. Aggieland Game Day Retreat Near Campus

Our Aggieland retreat is minutes from Texas A&M and has been renovated for your enjoyment. Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park or Reed Arena. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new flooring, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.

Our guesthouse is a clean, contemporary space with a touch of traditional character. You will be amazed by the impressive view and refreshed by the relaxing atmosphere. It will quickly feel like home! Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
