Nice refurbished F2 with terrace and garden 50 m from the beach, direct access to the sailing club, paddle rental... bike path to walk along the landing beaches and reach the city of Caen by the canal. Very close to supermarket and many local shops (laundromat, shoemaker, etc.) not to mention the casino, thalassotherapy and its spa accessible during the day, equestrian center etc... By car: 15 min from Caen, 2 hours from Paris. Bus stop nearby.
