Grab the keys and enter this reverse duplex without hesitation to experience unique moments of well-being in a neat setting. The semi-detached house is fully equipped on three levels, the cottage consists of an entrance, a toilet and two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own adjoining and private shower room. On the 1st floor, a living room, an equipped kitchen open to the dining area and overlooking a terrace as well as the Wellness area. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with an adjoining shower room and a separate toilet. Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful cottage that beats to the rhythms of the seasons. To relax, enjoy the Wellness area equipped with a KLAFS Sanarium and relaxing armchairs. Perhaps you will be tempted by the tea corner? It's time for a meal! All the kitchen utensils are waiting for you to prepare good meals in a fully equipped and friendly kitchen, open to the dining room. To complement your dishes, enjoy the wine cellar in moderation. In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.
