Despite its proximity to the capital, it is located in the enclave of the middle course of the Guadarrama River, in a privileged environment with many hiking trails/greenways. It is a very quiet residential development, which feels like being in a rural area, so parties are not allowed at night. An ideal place to disconnect just steps from Madrid.

Casa Rural La Posada de Santa Teresa for 20 people and in one of the most beautiful villages in Spain and less than an hour and a half from Madrid. In our house you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, have a barbecue in our large patio, play table football or darts in our games room and many other things. All this in a 400 m2 house, with 6 bedrooms (2 quadruple, 3 double and suite for 6 people), large dining room, living room, outdoor patio, etc...
