Monthly Rentals in Colonial Beach

We had a wonderful stay in Colonial Beach! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Carmen was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

Me and my boyfriend wanted to find a place to get away and this was a great spot to feel especially near the wonderful beach & setting, We love their backyard and creative decoration in the cottage!

We had a great stay! Hillary's house was a great home base to explore Colonial Beach, Westmoreland State Park, and historical treasures in the area. The space was beautifully laid out and conveniently located near the beach and great restaurants. If you have small kids, definitely check out Ice House Brewery one block down the street - they have picnic tables and a play area for kids or back. I would definitely recommend Hillary's house to anyone looking to visit Colonial Beach.

This place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The apartment was about a half mile from the beach and local shops/restaurants. The hosts were super sweet and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying here!
