Francesca Adventure Cave

Our Cueva Aventura offers three cave accommodations: the Cueva Francesca 1/3 people (accessible to people with reduced mobility), the Cueva Lucia 2/5 people and the Cueva Emilia 4/7 people. The Cueva Francesca (50m2) consists of a private and furnished patio, a living room (fitted kitchen, hollow sofa, table chairs, TV), a large bedroom (1 bed of 180 and 1 bed of 90 or 3 beds of 90, supplement for the 3rd single bed), walk-in shower, sink, toilet. Our salt pool (no allergy, no smell but we thank you for the stability and maintenance of the water not to use sunscreen) lined with its small caves to shelter your nap as well as the barbecue and the petanque court are to be shared. The price includes bed linen (which is made on arrival), towels, pool towel, end-of-stay cleaning and electricity. The cave's bio-climatic characteristics naturally air-condition it. Nearest airport: Granada, and it is necessary to have a vehicle. So bad weather: Netflix 😉

Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. The farmhouse is ideally located near an authentic Spanish village in the Alpujarras mountains, 28 km from Almeria (beaches) and 25 km from the Tabernas desert. The spacious apartment is fully self contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette and terrace. A Large Pool,Table-Tennis and Petanca are on the property.

The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

Santa Maria Loz Velez is a stunning national park for walkers and cyclists, which is on our doorstep. Vélez-Blanco and Velez Rubio both offer a great range of restaurants and bars along with fantastic architecture and places to see. With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
