The apartment is located in the central area of the Sardina del Norte neighborhood, with a wide variety of services (supermarket, cafeteria, pharmacy...). You will have everything you need to make your vacation or business trip full of comfort. Less than 1km from Sardina beach, ideal for relaxing or doing other activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing... You can also find beautiful natural pools in the northwest of the island and beautiful hiking trails nearby.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Seafront beach house in Agaete - Gran Canaria

The house is placed on the seafront, was totally renovated internally at the beginning of 2014 and designed interiorly as one single open space. Welcome to our beloved country house! Las Regaderas is a newly reformed typical canarian house full of tradition. In our cottage you could find lots of trees and flowers and a marvelous sunbathing zone with a private pool in the outside. There is also a big barbecue zone right next to the house. Our cottage is far enough to enjoy nature and quietness but less than 5 minutes by car from the city of Arucas. Ideal for visiting the north of the island.
