Welcome to this dedicated 2 bedroom guest suite in a quiet neighbourhood - a great base for visiting CBS or the greater St. John's area! You are only: *1 min walk to the Manuels River Trail Network *Within 3 min drive to downtown CBS featuring amenities like Berg’s Ice Cream, Manuels River Interpretation Centre, Ninepenny craft brewery, Jungle Jim’s, coffee & fast food chains, shopping, etc. *15 min drive (& only 1 traffic light) to downtown St. John’s *20 min drive to St. John’s Intl Airport

Paradise Guest Suite

This apartment is attached to our house and we use it as our own space when it isn't rented. We have full access to it however, when guest stay there it is completely their own space. A locked door separates the AirBNB from our side. Guests will notice items such as our children's books and games that are there for everyone to enjoy. They will also notice items that belonged to my father and grandfather. As I mentioned, it is an extension of our home. Please feel free to look closely at these.

Lower Level Haven

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This basement apartment comes equipped with everything you want and need. Enjoy long bubble baths in the soaker tub. Sit back and enjoy movies and popcorn from our popcorn machine and cook your own meals in the kitchenette that has an air fryer toaster oven, slow cooker, microwave and fridge. The bedroom has a queen bed and futon in case you need some extra space. A few minutes walk from park, splash pad, trails, ocean and CBS Yacht Club.

Newfoundland Beach House

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

The suite is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located at one of the entrances to the beautiful Manuels River Trail, the suite is just minutes from the Manuels River Interpretation Center and all main amenities in CBS. Only a 15-20 min drive to the Avalon Mall, hospitals and the airport.
