Pompadour Charming House

The cottage sits in it's own grounds of just under 2 acres with a small forest to the rear and backs on to local apple orchards. There are two double bedrooms (both bedrooms have cooling fans for summer and heaters for winter) a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc an open plan diner and comfortable lounge. There is french and english satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and there is a covered terrace which faces south for outdoor dining.

Extremely well located 10km from Brive la gaillarde and on the A89/A20 motorway crossing, the accommodation will give you access to the most famous tourist sites of Corrèze. It is ideal for a couple, refurbished and decorated with care, this place will give you the calm and serenity you need. A room next to the listing can be available upon request for motorcycles and bikes.

This lovingly restored boathouse will allow you to switch off from the modern world, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Artist's cottage, disconnect! The "Gite de l'atelier" is a typical Corrèze charming space furnished by an artist to make you feel calm, surrounded by beautiful objects in a natural setting in the heart of an old hamlet of sandstone and schist.
