The cottage sits in it's own grounds of just under 2 acres with a small forest to the rear and backs on to local apple orchards. There are two double bedrooms (both bedrooms have cooling fans for summer and heaters for winter) a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc an open plan diner and comfortable lounge. There is french and english satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and there is a covered terrace which faces south for outdoor dining.

Ground floor including 1 living room, fully equipped kitchen (renovation 01/01/2023), shower room + toilet and 2 bedrooms (double bed), open fireplace (usable in winter, wood provided) Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom with a double bed and 1 ‘dormitory’ bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds). It also includes a shower room, renovated in January 2026, and a WC.

There are nice villages nearby, with markets, hiking trails, swimming lake and swimming pools within driving distance. The gîte has a private parking space and an enclosed garden. Pets are allowed in consultation. We ask for a surcharge for this ( indicate at the time of booking ). No smoking and vaping inside.
