Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

16 km from Lake Annecy and 30 km from Lake Bourget (Aix-les-Bains), our chalet is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, hiking, swimming and paragliding are available to you (landing 1 km from the chalet). In winter, enjoy the joys of the snow with several ski resorts: Semnoz (15 min), Aillons Margeriaz (40 min), Revard plateau (cross-country skiing). Bus Line (Sibra): Line S6 to go up to Semnoz, Line 41 to go down to Annecy

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

From this cozy place you can: In summer, enjoy hiking or cycling, water sports on the lake, horseback riding, golf. In winter, enjoy the ski resorts, from 30 min by car for the closest, (allow 1 hour for the others). All year round, you can also enjoy the thermal spa treatments of Aix-les-Bains.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for couples who love nature and want to relax in peace. The chalet is not suitable for children and infants. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. Birds of prey and other birds as well as large animals (deer, hinds) can be frequently observed depending on the season.

Small air-conditioned cottage, lake and mountain view

Small 40 m2 duplex cottage on our beautiful 4000 m2 property overlooking the Colombier and the Lac du Lit du Roi. A beautiful fully equipped terrace (table/ deckchairs), our sheep at the bottom of the garden, the calm and the proximity of Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget will allow you to have a pleasant stay. Ideal for a couple with a child (or two). For sports enthusiasts, the Via Rhôna is a few meters walk away.

Furnished chalet in Allevard

Hi, we're Aline and François. We offer to host you in our small chalet (large 2 rooms of 50 m²) located on the grounds of our house. Ideal for your ski stays or for spa guests, you will be only 30 minutes from the ski slopes (Collet d'Allevard and 7 Laux) and a 5-minute walk from the city center of Allevard and the Thermal Baths. Parking possible for 2 cars. Cats and dog on site.

Apartment at Chalet des Puisots (Annecy)

Refurbished apartment in 2016, adjoining our residential chalet! A private bicycle/ski room is also available to guests. In the heart of a nature reserve, a stone's throw from Annecy (less than 10 min). Nature is our calling card.
