You will be captivated by the view of the valley and the 360° panorama of the cliffs, with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm buildings are located 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no overlooking neighbours. Ideal for a stay for two, this quiet studio of about 35 m2 is located north of Lake Bourget, near the Savières Canal, in its wildest part. You will be a 4-minute walk from the port and beach of Conjux. Ideally located between lake and mountain, it will delight both water sports enthusiasts and hikers: via ferrata, climbing, cycling, everything is possible. In winter, skiing 45 minutes away... cross-country skiing, snowpark, track, beautiful family resorts!

In the Alps, in Savoy, 15 km from the center of Chambery, in the Bauges mountain range, at the end of the Chemin de La Bas in an enchanting environment for lovers of calm, serenity and permaculture. Authentic Mongolian yurt near our house, with its large equipped wooden terrace, in the middle of our garden-forest. Dry toilet near the yurt. Water point and solar shower under the trees. In winter, the yurt is heated with wood (Jotul stove), wood provided.
