Monthly Rentals in Cooks Falls

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months in the summer of ‘23. I had a great time, I loved the town, and the apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for bachelors or a couple. James is a very responsive and helpful host, who went out of his way to assist me and ensure I had the most enjoyable time. Would love to stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Debra and Mike were great hosts and have created a very warm, inviting and comfortable place for those seeking to explore the Catskills. It's a home away from home! There's a grill available which we made great use of, a fire pit to enjoy nature and star gazing, and their two dogs Luna and Roxy are extremely friendly. Highly recommend their place!

We had a great stay at Meridith’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Meridith was communicative and helpful throughout our stay, and her local recommendations—especially the bagel spot—were spot on! Overall, we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The cabin was so relaxing, elegant in its construction, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Being able to walk around the lake was such a peaceful experience each day. Paul was an amazing host and made us felt at home and taken care of. I highly recommend staying here!
