The cabin was built on a base of a hillside that overlooks a beautiful creek that crosses our land, and also overlooks a beautiful 20 acre meadow, that the local wildlife love to enjoy. We hope to provide a space where you can come and unwind and, take in all the natural beauty that the Hocking Hills has to offer.

7 miles from Ohio University. Great for couples and families. Newly renovated A frame cabin in a country/ wooded setting. Cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen, Washer/ dryer. We offer a smart TV with wifi for entertainment. The cabin is heated and cooled with mini split units, one down stairs and one in each bedroom. Each bedroom also has access to private porch decks. We are pet friendly. WE ARE NOT A BUG FREE ENVIRONMENT. I promise you will see a stinkbug, lady bug or wood beetle.

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

This is an Ohio River front private cottage on 7 acres . This cottage has a bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower, large screened deck and a separate outer deck. There is also a grill on deck. Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.
