This is one of the most beautiful and attractive areas in Copenhagen. A neighborhood with nice townhouses on a quiet residential street and only with traffic from the residents in the area. From the house, you can get to the airport, the city center or the beach in just 15 minutes. The house is from 1902 and completely renovated in 2020. The space 140 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets - a shower. Kitchen with all amenities. Beautiful garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.

The kitchen is equipped with modern white cabinetry and a wooden countertop. A small table with white chairs is positioned in the center. Natural light enters through a window, illuminating the tiled floor. Shelving is visible on the far side, neatly organized.

There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.
