Lovely villa in a good location.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on quiet residential road with only 4 min. walk to metro - which in just 12 min takes you to Copenhagen, 4 min. walk to shopping and Fields, 10 min. walk to scenic Amager Common. The villa has a nice garden with pool and spa as well as barbecue. If you are going to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat in quiet surroundings when the city has been explored, this is just the right property. REMEMBER TO LET IF YOU HAVE A CAR WITH YOU..

Relax in this unique and tranquil home surrounded by water and with a bathing option just below. The apartment of 94 m2 offers entrance hall, large living room/kitchen, bathroom and large bedroom with double bed and workspace with screen. There are both east and west-facing balconies where views of water or green nature can be enjoyed. There is also a private parking space in the basement, elevator and the possibility to use a shared roof terrace. Harbor bus, bus, metro, shopping and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk.

Amazing houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen.

Amazing newly built & modern houseboat on 2 floors. Upstairs: hallway and guest toilet. Large & bright kitchen & dining room ending out in a lovely living room. From the living room there is access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the unique view, morning-dinner & evening sun. Take a dip or enjoy a trip on a supboard. Lower floor: 3 rooms: 1 room with double bed & terrace. 1 children's room with 1 single bed 90x200cm. 1 children's room with single bed 80x200cm possibility of 160x200cm bed. Large nice bathroom.

Come and enjoy the true Copenhagen summer in our place, where you can swim and sail right from the apartment/kitchen. It is lovely and car quiet area south of central Copenhagen, with watersports and laidback attitude. On one side of the apartment you have the canals and water, on the other you have a raised courtyard with great neighbours. We hope you’ll stay here and would love to give you recommendations to all the best parts of the city and within walking and biking distance.

Spacious and confortable apartment just by the water in the beautiful neighborhood of Sluseholmen in Copenhagen. You will feel like home here.
