Townhome holiday rentals in Copenhagen Municipality

The house is located in a quiet area near Reffen. We rented bikes through Donkey Republic, very easy to reach everything. The house is nicely decorated with an eye for detail, and had everything we needed. What we didn't expect is that the house is in fact inhabited, so all the closets are in use, so you are staying in a house where a family actually always lives. That feels a little weird.

Susanne’s place is very stylish and comfortable, just like the pictures indicate. Plenty of sitting and dining space for the 4 adults and 2 tweens in our group. The two bathrooms also came in handy. When choosing your bedrooms, pay attention to the softness of the mattresses (the largest bedroom’s mattress is soft like a cloud!) and windows coverings (when we were there, one bedroom had blackout curtains and there were light filtering blinds in the rest). For Americans: the bed sizes are queen and full (no twins). There is a somewhat steep circular staircase to the second floor. Wonderful outdoor space to rest after a busy day in town. The area is residential and very clean and quiet. Easy 6 min walk to the ferry which we took every day to get to the city. Similar walk to the bus stop if someone prefers. 3 min walk to a grocery store. Susanne is a great host, very responsive and flexible. We’d love to stay at her place next time we are in Copenhagen.

Overall was a great stay at the house, it had everything that both kids needed. Plenty of toys, a changing station and even a kid gymnast area. The house was right near the bus stop and only a 10 minute bike ride to downtown. Everything was in good condition and nice interior design. Parking was also easy and near to the food court Reffen. Thanks Lotte for letting us stay at your place. We will be back for sure.

This was the perfect home for our family of 4 to stay at during our Easter vacation. Cosy & comfortable and within easy walking/ biking distance of the city. I would definitely stay at Eilev’s home again if visiting Copenhagen.

Warm welcome by Rasmus who takes care of the key handover. The house is very clean, very nice, very well-equipped and ideal with children. They can enjoy the outdoors, great. Parking is free and easy, much appreciated. Bikes are a plus, the cargo is perfect for shopping, less than 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket. Outside the center but well connected by public transport, the bus to the center passes in front and the boat bus is 10 minutes away. Finally there is Reffen next door, a great place to eat and drink, it feels like Berlin 😁 Finally, communication with Lars was very good, very friendly and responsive. Too bad we didn't meet you. 🙂 We were at home, if we have to come back to Copenhagen with the family we will know where to look first!

The cottage was super charming, in a lovely courtyard off the street, but close to the canal. So perfect for our visit. Great location and close to the metro, bakeries, grocery stores, and more. Very walkable and safe neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking for a true Copenhagen experience.

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had a group of seven people, all coming and going over four days, and the location and layout were excellent. The neighborhood was actually quite peaceful for being so close to many attractions and restaurants. Having a nearby metro station and also a nearby train station made getting around simple. And the kitchen and back patio were great too. There are lots of narrow stairs, so if you’re mobility-challenged, this might not be a great fit for you. With that said, we loved it, and can highly recommend it.

Great place, has everything you need including a great small garden/terrace with barbecue. Easy to get to Copenhagen centre. Had my teenage son and some of his friends and they loved chilling on the sofa watching TV in the evenings.

we had a delightful stay. The house is well located, close to the center but in a very calm location, which is great after a long day of city hiking. Line is a five stars host, making everything easy for visitors. This is a great option to discover wonderful Copenhagen as a family.

Gitte’s property was beautiful! Large kitchen, comfortable living spaces and laundry were excellent for our family of five. The back patio & garden were lovely for enjoying meals outside. Centrally located to public transport, local shops & supermarket. Great location to make your base to explore Copenhagen. Easy walk to city and Nyhavn. Gitte & Peter were absolutely lovely and terrific hosts! We look forward to visiting again!

We had a great stay as a family of four in Rikke's house. We particularly liked the proximity to the beach as well as to the center of Copenhagen, the beautiful cuisine and the garden.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and perfect for a family. On top of that, the neighborhood is beyond charming and the location is amazing for exploring Copenhagen.

We stayed in Ditte’s townhouse during the Christmas holidays. The house is conveniently located between the airport and the city with public transportation near by. Supermarkets are within walking distance. The house itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was super clean, child friendly and had everything we needed. It also has a small private garden for warmer seasons. Ditte was a great host, responded immediately to our questions and explained everything clearly for the check in. She very kindly left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate with a Merry Christmas note for our arrival. We would definitely book Ditte’s house again and highly recommend it to other visitors.

We loved staying at Janne’s house in Copenhagen! It’s a beautiful townhome that’s very well designed in a great neighborhood that’s family-friendly. It’s also convenient to the bus and subway stations for easy travel into the city center. A very quick walk to cafes, restaurants and a big grocery store. Perfect for families with a soccer field and playground in the back courtyard. Our kids really enjoyed it! Would highly recommend staying there and Janne was a very helpful and friendly host!

Louise's house is simply the best place to stay in Frederiksberg. We have now stayed there three times and we can only recommend it further. There is everything you could want for a lovely holiday. The location is perfect when you want to be close to everything Frederiksberg offers while having a quiet and cozy area to stay in. Communication with Louise is always quick and uncomplicated. We had a lovely stay over Christmas and enjoyed Ingrid’s place. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was easy to use. We appreciated the thoughtful instructions and the ability to do laundry. The location was convenient and parking was free. Thank you!

Lovely house in a nice neighbourhood close to amenities - metro a 5 min walk, good supermarket just around the corner, lots of places to eat in the area. The house was spotlessly clean, had comfortable beds and everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend.

We spent an amazing week at this lovely town house, enjoyed the little beach and swimming area right in front of it. The place was very nicely decorated, matched the photos and descriptions. The water taxi close by was very useful to get directly to the tourist attractions in the city. Marie-Louise was very friendly, easy to reach out to, and always helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and we fully recommend the place!

Stayed 4 nights in early May. Absolutely fantastic place - only positives. Very quiet location with 2 supermarkets in easy walking distance . Metro to city centre is very easy, and access by car, with parking at the house, equally simple. The house is immaculate, and very stylish. The garden is excellent, and very private, difficult to believe you are so close to the centre. Many thanks from 2 happy guests.
