Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Sunny penthouse in quiet yard close to CPH station

Our apartment is located at the heart of Copenhagen in the beautiful and popular neighborhood Vesterbro – close to Tivoli, the best restaurants, and some of the most charming shopping streets, you can find. One of these streets is called Værnedamsvej or "mini-Paris" due to its french vibe, and it has been named 'one of the coolest streets in the world' multiple times. This lovely street, the central station and the beautiful lakes are only 5 minutes away on foot. As easy as it gets :)

Located on Frederiksberg C, right next to the lakes, you are close to everything Copenhagen has to offer. 5 min walk to Vesterbro, 5 min walk to Nørrebro and 10 min walk to Strøget (the main shopping street). On top, you have Forum Metro 6 min away and the main central station 10 min away walking distance. The building was fully renovated in May 2017 with only luxurious apartments. OVERVIEW. This apartment sits in a historic factory building in the heart of Copenhagen Harbour. You can swim from the front door, sunbathe in one of the private gardens, take in the evening sun on one of the balconies, stroll to the nearest beach (5 mins), or with water views from all rooms, just kick back in a vintage chair and watch the boats go past. To head into Copenhagen you can jump on the ferry (200m from the door) and be there in a few minutes, or walk there in 15 min.

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, BUT ONLY IF YOU LOVE EACH OTHER – the 120 cm wide futon is now equipped with top mattress so guests no longer get back-aches. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

You'll love my place because of the high-ceilinged mansion, the newly renovated design by Philip Starck and Arne Jacobsen in the mansion apartment, the good barbecue options in the courtyard, the good parking conditions. My place is good for business travelers, families (with children), and large groups.
