On the 1st, a large bright living room with a pellet stove. On the 2nd, 2 spacious adjoining bedrooms with a powder room in one. Opposite a tourist garden, with very clear views of the valley. Parking space is available at the bottom of the house. A small non-attached garden (10 m away) will be available in summer, July and August

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

You will enjoy its large garden with no neighbours opposite, the shade of its oaks, and the local wildlife (birds, squirrels...). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

The independent chalet is located on our 7000 m² plot of land adjoining our house.
