Great host, he was very responsive, clear guidance and very friendly host. Very clean rooms, furniture and features as described. I can recommend the place without any hesitation.

Piero's house got everything you need. Closed to the train station. Just takes around 25 mins by train to get to the Milan central.

We stayed at Ilva's for 6 days and it went very smoothly. We thank her for her prompt response as soon as we had a question , she answered it directly. Very nice apartment corresponding to the photos , really next to the train station which allows you to reach Milan center and points of interest in 20/30 min maximum for a good price. This place is worth recommending. The only downside is that it's rather poorly soundproofed, and we easily hear the noise from the apartments around.
