This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

The strong pieces are the living room with a large sofa and a large screen TV, and the veranda that opens to a private garden with a pond. For a vacation as simple as once with an eye for health: the bath, bed, and kitchen linens are washed with ecological and hypoallergenic detergents.

The studio is suitable for smart working, with an area conceived for it. Please keep in mind that there is no free parking in the neighborhood.

We are situated in a very quiet area ,5 min. far from Ottobiano Motocross Traks and 15min. far from Dorno Motocross Traks. Ours is a spacious, two-storey apartment with the entrance on the ground floor and located in a private courtyard, WI-Fi provided. There's a large Parking lot in front of the entrance. In addition to the motocross tracks , from our place you can easily reach the cities of Milan, Pavia and Alessandria.
