New in summer 2025! Your private 12’x 25’ pool in Blue Turtle’s backyard. We are in the Chicahauk subdivision of Southern Shores. Also, big 15’x 36’ heated pool next door at our residence, shared with us at times. In 2026, pools will be open 4/10-10/10. Hot tub at Blue Turtle is on second deck, and not shared. Only 10-15 minute walk to Skyline Beach , or 5 minutes drive to the Chicahauk Beach. Easy traffic -free access to nearby shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Dog and family friendly.

The suite and main house was originally a US Coast Guard Lifesaving Station built in 1901 - and moved to its current location in the 60s. The suite has been restored to bring it up to date with modern amenities, while retaining its rustic charm. A kitchenette, with fridge, toaster, plug in cook top + more. Updated Outer Banks beach cottage located in Corolla. Conveniently located a 2-3 minute walk from the ocean. Our cottage is perfect for families and friends. The upstairs has three bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs is detached from the upstairs with a private entrance. This room is a bedroom/game room with a half bathroom.
