Large apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with spectacular views of the Dolomites, suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For groups of up to 7 people, I offer 2 rooms with amenities including linens, kitchen with dining area complete with dishes, bathroom with shower, panoramic balcony, laundry, parking space and Wi-Fi. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge under Mount Pelmo at the summit of 3,168 m. On clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

An attic, inside a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with ancient woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy.
