Mattie's Place is a little bit of Heaven. It is situated on the edge of 35+ acres. Come enjoy the peacefulness, soak up the beauty and enjoy the simple side of life. The guest house consist of a super big livingroom area with 3 Recliners and a large sectional couch,single bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen, bathroom/shower and laundry room. There is a large screened in back porch with dinning area and grill. We're located 4 minutes away from Woodbury Wildlife Area for the Deer Hunters.

The property owns river frontage to the Walhonding River as well as the historical White Woman’s Rock- that Mary Harris made famous. Enough acreage and privacy to avoid human interaction and unplug from the world for a while- yet you are only 3 miles from Coshocton’s Roscoe Village, great winery’s in the area and a short drive to Amish country

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. You will now find a full kitchen with dining area, full bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a full sized bed. The Bell Tower

This guest suite will have you feeling like you are in the tropics. You have a seperate space attatched to my home. The HOT TUB is ready for you. You are close to a waterfall, covered bridges, Amish stores, hiking, kayaking and Roscoe Village historic canal town make for a fun weekend. Hunters are close to Woodbury Recreation Area. in addition, my neighbor will allow hunting at dusk on his property where the deer have a daily pattern.
