The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

The apartment is within walking distance of Lake Cospudener See. There are plenty of shopping opportunities nearby, e.g. Marktkauf, Aldi and a bakery. Parking is free in front of the house. Garden and terrace can be shared. Barbecuing is not permitted. By public transport, you can reach the city in 10 minutes and quickly reach the book fair or Leipzig/Halle airport without changing trains.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
